Abstract
The effectiveness of combining retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) with external physical lithecbole for the therapy of upper urinary tract stones is examined in this research report. The study intends to assess with this new technique the stone removal rates, comorbidities, and patient outcomes. The study included 150 individuals overall with upper urinary tract stones, randomly divided with either the regular RIRS group or the combination RIRS with external physical lithecbole group. The results show that the combined technique drastically lowered operative time, greatly enhanced stone clearance rates, and lessened the need for second treatments. To demonstrate the efficacy of this creative treatment approach, this work offers a thorough examination of the results including statistical data, tables, and figures.
